ENGLISH OLYMPIAD OF ASIA (EOA) 2025
A Continental Academic Arena for the Young Generation of Asia
The English Olympiad of Asia (EOA) is a continental academic competition designed to foster global awareness, critical thinking, and a sense of Asian citizenship among students aged 8 to 18.
EOA serves as a platform for young learners to express their voices, share perspectives on global challenges, and connect with peers across Asia through the power of communication.

ROUND 1: ASIA VOICE FORUM

Objectives

  • Inspire students to express themselves confidently in English, think critically, and share ideas that inspire others.
  • Encourage young people to explore global and social issues through the lens of Asian citizenship.
  • Select outstanding representatives from participating countries to advance to the next round — The Global Problem Studio.

Format

  • Contestants will take on the role of Keynote Speaker at the Asian Youth Forum, delivering a 2–3 minute English speech on one of the selected global or social topics.
  • Each performance should be recorded on video and submitted online through the official registration platform or by email to the Organizing Committee.

ROUND 2: THE GLOBAL PROBLEM STUDIO

(To be held across Asia)
This round brings together selected participants from the Asia Voice Forum to collaborate in multinational teams on research, discussion, and the development of creative solutions to global challenges.
Contestants will present their ideas, proposed actions, and innovative models before an international panel, demonstrating their global mindset, teamwork, and cross-cultural collaboration.
