ENGLISH OLYMPIAD OF ASIA (EOA) 2025
Eligibility
- Open to students aged 8–18 from participating Asian countries.
- Contestants must have completed the National Round (EOV) or an equivalent national selection process in their respective country.
ROUND 1: ASIA VOICE FORUM
Your Mission
Assume the role of a Keynote Speaker at the Asian Youth Forum and deliver a 2–3 minute English speech on one of the official global or social topics.
Step-by-Step Participation
1. Select Your Topic
Choose one (1) topic from the list below:
- The role of Asian youth in addressing climate issues
- Is artificial intelligence empowering or replacing human potential?
- How can students become change-makers in their communities?
- Building peace through understanding and empathy
- Education for the future: What should we learn today?
- Sustainable living begins with me
2. Prepare Your Speech
- Write your own original script.
- Focus on clarity, logic, and emotional resonance.
- Rehearse your delivery — confidence and authenticity count.
3. Record Your Video
- Duration: 2–3 minutes
- Standing or sitting is acceptable; ensure clear image and audio quality.
- Title format: [EOA2025] – Full Name – School – Topic Title
4. Submit Your Entry
- Upload your video via the official registration system or email it to the Organizing Committee.
- Double-check your file name and topic title before submission.
ROUND 2: THE GLOBAL PROBLEM STUDIO
Next Stage
Top contestants from Round 1 will be invited to join The Global Problem Studio, where they will:
- Collaborate in multinational teams.
- Conduct research, discussions, and develop creative solutions to global challenges.
- Present their ideas and action models before an international panel, representing the new generation of Asian changemakers.
